Exchange account mail not showing up in mail

I just upgraded to catalina. My exchange work email account does not show up in mail even though it says the account is online. What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks for your help.

Up date your software

I'm not receiving email or other items in my Exchange account ...

Thanks for your help. I did update and, though it took some time, my exchange email showed up. I appreciate your assistance with this.
