Camera and case magnet warning

I'm getting warnings on my new iPhone SE 2020 that my magnetic case is interfering with my camera on my iPhone. I've only had the phone 1 week and the warning has only just come up now. Has this ruined my camera's OIS and how do I tell? Nowhere did it tell me when I got the phone not to use a case like this (it's a Ted baker one so not a cheap and nasty one!), i'd never even heard of it before. I'm quite upset to think my phone is already ruined as I like to look after them! What can I do?
