An error occurred while preparing installation!

Any suggestion...I am struggling with this issue even a guy in an Apple authorised services are unable to solve it.... I did recovery mode again and again... even update current date in the Terminal , I did but it is still the same. My MacBook Pro is 2017, it was Sierra and had been updated to Catalina few month ago. I am going to resell to my friend. I also tried to recovery by Timemachine but same result....

"To manually start up from Internet Recovery, press and hold either of these key combinations at startup: Option-Command-R"

This will boot into Internet recovery which can upgrade to the latest macOS that is compatible with your Mac.
