Cannot download an album. "The required file cannot be found."

I've just purchased "Truancy: The Very Best of Pete Townshend" using Apple Music and 13 songs have not downloaded. Some of the errors presented to me are:

There were problems downloading some purchased items.

There was a problem downloading “Pure and Easy / Truancy: The Very Best of Pete Townshend / Pete Townshend”. The required file cannot be found.

There was a problem downloading “Heart To Hang Onto / Truancy: The Very Best of Pete Townshend / Pete Townshend & Ronnie Lane”. A duplicate file name was specified.

The folder the album is to be stored in exists and has four of the seventeen songs, so it's not that the local folder is missing.

Where are my purchased songs?

Still not found the reason why this happened.

The music is stored on a network disk that has plenty of space and is accessible.

The Music process is using 35% of the CPU and it's the top user, so it's not that.

It's not the Internet connection because I can continue to visit other sites quite happily.

At the suggestion of Apple Support I tried deleting the album, which caused Music to hang, so I rebooted the Mac, the network drive and the network hub.

After that it worked and I was able to download the songs with no problem.
