macos 10.15.4 too many iphones getting error 9 during update

I updated my MacBook Pro to 10.15.4 .. I tried to update my iPhones running 10.3.x .. 4 of them I am getting into err 9 after update , restore , update cycles . after calls with apple support they suggested me to go to apple support . so far 4 of the 6 iPhones require me to ship my phones to apple ..

anyone else seeing the same issue ? any workarounds ? any fix planned by Apple ?
