Sharing icloud library

Hi guys....is there a way i can share the 27,000+ photos I have in my icloud to another person's Apple ID?

I need to share all photos taken to date, but then not share anything going forward. Currently the 'family' MacBook is logged into my Apple ID and as such, any photo I take is still going through to that laptop. I need to share all photos now so we can then sign out of the MacBook on my ID and not share anything further. Thanks

Not the entire library. You can share an album, but there are limits.

A shared album can only contain 5,000 photos/videos.
