Sony Wh1000XM3 random disconnects
If I may I'll just quote "LordServer" from a previous thread which apparently was closed simply because it was too old without Apple actually solving the issue (!).
I use the Sony WH1000XM3 headphones but with MacOS Catalina, The audio randomly disconnects but its still connected with bluetooth. The headphones work perfectly fine with my iPhone and i am only having issues on my macbook.
I can just speculate whether it's a bluetooth driver issue when using a MacBook Pro or something else in the system. It definitely is an issue with specifically that product and it would be nice if Apple would take a proactive approach here and resolve it together with whichever parties causing this (Sony etc.).
It's rather frustrating having this issue - constantly dropping out during meetings - especially in these times of extensive home office. Even more so, considering how expensive these products are - and widely used: the Sony lately replacing the Bose Quiet Comfort as new benchmark in that segment of noise cancelling headphones with more and more people wearing them.
And trying to get a stable connection to their MacBook Pro...
