I am going to buy Apple Watch series 5.
I saw that there are many models. I'm interested in the application ECG app. Please tell me, do all models in the 5th series support a cardiogram/ECG app? Or do I need to select a special option when buying? Thank you!
While the Watch series 5 hardware supports ECG, the

Yes all Apple watches support the ECG app, including the Series 5. All Apple 5's have the same features they just have cosmetic differences (cases, straps etc.) so their owners can get the fashion they prefer.
Ecg app is for apple watch 4 and 5 only.
