Screenshots not working on iphone 11. tried the side buttons. The assesstive touch while shows the screenshot icon but does not click. please help!

prashant ~ Apple's iPhone User Guide says: "If your iPhone isn’t working right, try restarting it.":

Restart iPhone

Press two buttons at the same time: Left button [Volume up] & Richt button [on/off]

Restart doesn't help .. . it is a 'new' combination of buttons . . I can't find it either, and will let you know as soon as I find out myself
