Fake virus or not

I was on Pinterest and I got a pop up saying I had 3 viruses that were going to corrupt my contacts, photos, etc. Fake or no?

Viruses Hello I recently received a link that said apple security, apple notification which said I went on an adult website and had multiple viruses that will delete my contacts and that I needed to download uncure I was just wondering and worrying if this was true it was a link connect-upc.com can I trust it or not?

Fake, it is a phishing attempt. Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Any such notice on your phone is fake. There are no known viruses in the wild that can affect an iPhone that has not been jailbroken.
