First Generation Apple Pencil not working on Procreate

I’m not sure if this is because the iPadOS 13.4.1 update, but after restarting my iPad (not Pro), deleting and re-downloading Procreate, my Apple Pencil is not working on the app. I have tried it on other drawing apps and on Notes and the Apple Pencil works but it’s not on procreate.

P.S. I tried putting in a new nub on my Pencil and that doesn’t work either, I followed all the instructions to reconnect but it’s still not working on Procreate
