Unable to access a page only from MacBook

Following a Wordpress update to my website (hosted on Siteground), I am given the error page "This Website's IP Address Has Been Changed" when I try to visit my site. All other computers and devices can access the webpage except my primary MacBook Air (10.15.4). I contacted Siteground and they cannot detect an issue. They cleared the CloudFlare cache but that did not fix it. I can log into my cpanel on Siteground as normal. I have cleared all browser cache. There is nothing in my site's .htaccess file. I have reinstalled 10.15.4 and also formatted and restored from a backup without any luck. I have tried accessing using a VPN that was also not successful. I disabled the firewall on my website and made sure my IP address wasn't being blacklisted. Please provide any help you can.

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.15
