hi - when I play music on my iPhone, I’ve suddenly lost the slider that let me skip to specific parts of a song - how do I get that back? Image attached- as you can see, I’ve only got the buttons and volume slider... ta!

It does not show in that view. If you see the icon to the right of your AirPods Pro setting, tap on that, and it gets rid of the song list view and you will see the scrubber bar.
