Suspected Phishing Text/Link on iPhone

I received a text message on my iPhone, which appeared to be from Amazon.com, but when I clicked on it, it just shook the screen (a bit) and didn't go anywhere. I have provided no information, only clicked on the link. Is there risk of my phone/data being compromised, just from clicking on the link? Thank you!
