I cannot play music on Apple TV 4k that I uploaded into my iTunes library on my Mac from CD's I own. I can play music on Apple TV 4k that I purchased in iTunes. How do I access the CD's I uploaded into my iTunes library on my Mac from Apple TV 4k?

If you are using the Music app on Apple TV then that will be accessing the cloud, and will only show your full library if you are subscribed to Apple Music or iTunes Match.
In order to see music that you have stored on your local iTunes library on Mac you would need to use the Computers app.
This worked and solved the problem. THANKS!!! No need to subscribe to Apple Music or Apple Match.
Great, glad it's sorted. There is no need to subscribe to either, unless you want to have access to your full library directly from the cloud on all devices and/or access to a streaming catalogue.
