Transferring Data Frozen Can not cancel

Hi, New phone purchased and transferring data from Iphone 6. I phone 6 is now frozen on Transferring data screen. New phone working fine and data transferred by other means. Tried. Updating software itunes. Completed successfully . Resetting phone ( Home button plus On Button) . Cancelling on screen which gives an option to STOP TRANSFER. But this does nothing. Screen shows Transferring Data Keep your other phone nearby. Time remaining. Tried forums and Apple support "limited" and not active for chat or calls.
