Syncing with my new device

I have a new Dell Laptop/Notebook, not sure, and I need to know how to sync up all my icloud infor to it and also for it to backup to my cloud every night. Can this be done?

You can only sync up photos, and if you have Outlook, mail, contacts and calendars.


There is no other backup to iCloud possible from a Windows PC.
