Jabra Speakerphone Issues

I have a Jabra Speak 510 speakerphone that has worked flawlessly with various versions of iPhone for years. Recently, I have two issues.

First, when I hit the speaker icon in the phone, it used to give me a list and I could choose the Jabra, then that option disappeared to be replaced by my Apple TV. Now the Apple TV option is gone, but when I press the speaker icon I do not get the Jabra as an option at all.

Second, in the past the phone would automatically pair with the Jabra if Bluetooth was enabled on the Jabra, now I have to connect manually in the Bluetooth settings on the iPhone. It will connect and I can play music, but not use it as a speakerphone for calls.

I have done everything you can imagine to fix this short of un-pairing my AppleTV and iPhone, including updating to Beta 13.5. It appears to have broken once I dealt with the AirPlay2 setup on my Apple TV.
