AppleTV keeps buffering

My appletv keeps stoping and after a few minutes comes back then stops again

That usually indicates an issue with the Internet connection to the Apple TV or a bad HDMI cable connection from the ATV to the TV. Yes, even if other devices seem to be working okay. Please restart your modem & router and then restart the Apple TV. If the problem persists please let us know.
