Unable to see user reviews posted for my app on the app store

You are not allowed to ask people to give you favourable reviews. To quote the App Store Review Guidelines:

If we find that you have attempted to manipulate reviews, inflate your chart rankings with paid, incentivized, filtered, or fake feedback, or engage with third-party services to do so on your behalf, we will take steps to preserve the integrity of the App Store, which may include expelling you from the Developer Program.

You can display a pop-up asking the user to rate your app. And you can do that when your app thinks that the user is really getting good value from your app. Don't just show it to everyone. You can read more about that here: https://developer.apple.com/app-store/ratings-and-reviews/

I see a lot of people complaining on the Developer forums why they are being kicked out of the program. Don't be like them.

Apple may have deleted them. That's extremely risky behaviour. It can get your app pulled from the store and get you kicked out of the developer program for manipulating the review system.
