Improve custom mailboxes?

Is there a way to have regular occurring email blasts (not junk mail) go straight into a designated custom mailbox? I have about 20 or so newspapers/daily specials I subscribe to and they really junk up my inbox to the point where I am missing some personal emails. Would be great if the blasts could go straight to a custom mailbox and I could read them as I need to. Thanks!
