I have the same problem on my MBP (2015) running Mojave too, and it wasn't a problem a few days ago. Also my Apple ID works perfectly fine on my phone so it must be some sort of central problem, I guess.
Same issue here. I'm too in the recording business and can't risk going for Catalina. Not sure what's happening with apple store. I'll post response if I happen to talk to a living person.
Having the same exact problem! Just upgraded to Mojave 10.14.6 and was going crazy that I couldn't get anything to download.
Any more updates from people who have talked to Apple support?

Can you believe with all these people having this issue that the rep wants you to reinstall? Like it is an isolated incident.
Tell them to check the various thread on these forums..not counting on other websites

No, it's not the 10.14.6 update. I've been using it since a while and never had any issue

They fixed it! I can now download Logic Pro again!

I did complete a reinstall of Mojave as recommended by the rep and it didn't have any effect.
Its not working for me. Its not fixed.
I just restarted my computer now and it worked! Was able to update to Logic 10.5
