I made a new apple ID and user on my macbook i went to the app store and got greeted by this lovely message i cant fix it help

I have the same problem on my MBP (2015) running Mojave too, and it wasn't a problem a few days ago. Also my Apple ID works perfectly fine on my phone so it must be some sort of central problem, I guess.
fixed now!! didnt need to reset apple id password or anything
I can confirm it’s all working for me too ! So pleased I didn’t update to Catalina in my darkest hour !
Works fine now, didn't have to do anything.
Looks like this has been fixed now - just tried and it's working as it should

Yes, I do, working OK here (Mojave 10.14.6, FM8 1.4.1) - are you using the latest versions?

its working now after clearing NVRAM and rebooting!!! All good now !!!!
Great, now I hear this... I begrudgingly ended up upgrading to catalina to solve this yesterday. oh well..
