After iOS update: "This app is no longer shared with you"

Hi, I am part of a family group, my family head has NOT disabled any features. Since this morning I am now getting an error message on about half my apps (which are not even ones that are shared, ironically), it says: "This app is no longer shared with you. To use it, you must buy it from the App Store."

But in the app store all I get is an "open" option. Not to mention it affects A LOT of my apps. Way too many to have to re-download and install. Something is wrong, there's got to be a bug in the latest iOS update somewhere.

Advice and assistance? It's crippled my iPhone, as more than half of my apps no longer launch.

so after playing around with the error, no need to delete the app and redownload it. so open you open the app you'll get the error about not longer share with you, next click on view app in the store and for a brief second you'll see the the download cloud with the arrow down, press it quickly before it says open, this will for the app to download without lossing your login/data, then it will say update the app and finally update the app. this will download a second time. but this way you wont loss any data that you have in the app already. hope this helps you as it did for me
