My device doesn't show up on iCloud.com

Weirdly, I cannot see my phone on iCloud.com, as the image shows below. but everything works fine including Find My iPhone.

Tried to log in using an incognito window but my phone still doesn't show up there.

anyone knows how to solve the problem?

"my devices" section of icloud settings shows "no devices", but ipad shows up elsewhere I have an iPad 6th gen, iOS 13.2.2. The Settings page shows I'm logged in to iCloud, and when I go to iCloud on the web, I can find the device with Find iPhone. It also shows up at appleid.apple.com/account/manage. However, icloud.com/settings shows "No Devices" in the My Devices section. Tried logging out/in, different browsers, etc. Shouldn't the ipad show up there as well?

Device not showing in Finder My iPhone no longer appears in Finder when attached to my Mac. Up to last month everything was working correctly. What could cause this to happen?
