how to fix colorsync isses

how to resolve the lines on the screen issues? checked with colorsync utility, the icc files are locked but no instructions on how to fix these. please advise

Thanks Jameson,

Tried all these but did not help.

Decided to clean install MacOs Catalina and backup from Time Machine, was still having some lines at top and bottom of screen,

Read another post to shut down the MacBook and let it cool down for a few days, Tried it, and it worked since, No more sync lines issues.

Appreciate your help.

I understand you have some display issues on your MacBook Pro. I'd like to help. This may be an issue with the display on the Mac. Do the lines appear when booting the MacBook?
