Garageband and AU plugins missing - no solution worked

So I have an unique issue with GB and Waves plugins.

1st of all, ONLY stereo versions of these plugins show in GB.

But most important, some do not show at all, no matter what.

They work in Logic, even Audacity.

I followed guides to delete audio cache and plist files, then a guide Waves provide (https://www.waves.com/support/how-to-find-your-plugins-in-garageband) , I uninstalled and reinstalled the Waves plugins.

Some will just refuse to show up on GB....

I run the latest Catalina and GB versions available at the time of this post :)

Any idea why?
