CAn this damage my MacBook????

Tried contacting Optimum/Macafee-- no response.

My MacBook Air operating on macOS Catalina received a Legacy System Extension warning... ...this morning when I restarted it. Why did I receive this warning? What does it mean and what do I need to do to make sure it does not become an ongoing issue? Is this a sign of a larger potential issue with my MacBook Air? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Pop-up message concern Hi. I recently downloaded the OS Catalina on my MacBook Air. This brought up a pop up message stating that a system extension will be incompatible with a future version of macOS and to contact the developer. Should i be concerned?

No. It's simply a warning. If you have not yet upgraded to Catalina, then be sure to upgrade that software before upgrading macOS.
