can't upgrade from Mojave to Catalina in MacBook Pro 2017

I have MacBook Pro 2017 wit Mojave, can't install Catalina....error message (disk is currently being encrypted).

Any help?

Wait for the encryption to finish.

You need to keep it connected to a power supply and don't let it sleep (Energy Saver System Preferences).
