Bootcamp/Bluetooth not working - can't see "Apple Broadcom Built-In Bluetooth" in Device Manager

I have a MacBook Pro 13 (2017) - just installed Bootcamp...windows not working...went through the various forums on the topics. and reinstalled all the latest driver packages. If I turn off the computer fully, the computer will connect to the bluetooth mouse or headphone, but it will not work....1) contrary to other issues I have seen in forums, I can't see "Apple Broadcom Built-In Bluetooth" in Device Manager, so I can't install the specific drivers. 2) Also in Network Adapters/Boradcom 802.11ac Network Adaptor, the version is 7.35.118.83 and there not possibility to enable Bluetooth Collaboration. Any suggestion?
