iPhone shuts down right after being fully charged and comes back with 10% battery left

It's been happening for at least a month and my iPhone is 2 and 1/2 years old.

Has this ever occurred to you? Have you taken it to be fixed?

I personally think that's weird and potentially dangerous for the iPhone.

Thank you!

alessia ~ If your iPhone SE has its original battery then perhaps it needs replacing. See the Battery Health section in this first article:

Your battery might be reaching (or already reached) the critical point of its life, and could have unpredictable behaviors. If needed, you'd better have your battery replaced at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.

In the meantime, before your battery dies completely, create a FULL backup of your SE.

Contact Apple Support (they have tools to test your battery remotely):--> Get Support
