I am using Mac OS 10.14.6 on 21.5 " iMac desktop. Recently the AOL server quit downloading my email to

Mac Mail. AOL Tech Support unable to help and said contact Apple. When I run the Connection Doctor

on Mail it all comes Green for connection, but still will not download my mail to MacMail.

I don't believe it to be a computer problem and think it is in the Apple Server. What can I do to get my

email to download to MacMail? The closer I can come on clicking the icon below is macOS High Sierra. I am actually running Mojave Ver. 10.14.6

Do you have any rules set up?

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Problem solved by removal and Reinstallation of Mail Box.
