Irregular shapes / geometries in Preview ( example can you edit the vertices of a square to make a rhombus?)

how does one create an irregular shape / polygon in Preview using the markup tool bar option?

Most shapes are regular ( squares, circles, rectangles )

Is there a way to move the points / vertices on the shape to create an irregular shape ?
