Apple Personal Session

Hi, I've bought an iPad Pro about a month ago. I couldn't register for the Apple Personal Session because there isn't any schedule available. I logged in again a few days ago wanting to check if there is any slots available but that service is gone on my account's order page.


I have used the "chat now" support, they asked me to call the helpline. I called the helpline, the staff said she couldn't provide any details regarding that and will email me some notes instead.


I really enjoyed the personal session when I bought my MacBook Pro a few years ago. I've learnt a few new tricks. I would like it for my iPad Pro as well. Anyone knows how I can book a session?

In this period you must be patient. Many "normal" Apple services are reopening, but it depends on the country you're in, and the availability of that particolar session.

In the meantime, we (just users like you) can offer you a user guide for iPadOS 13 or later, and you can start reading some important info here (tapping on the "table of contents" on the left:--> iPad User Guide - Apple Support
