I want to change my apple ID. It is an email that no longer exists.

My Apple ID is an email that no longer exists and I no longer use. Can I change it without losing all of my saved content on Apple?

You signed in here with an Apple ID/Password. If your other "Apple ID" no longer exists, then you will not be able to change it. What do you mean it no longer exists?
