MY 6 Year Old spent $780 on In App Purchases (Roblox Robux & Tik Tok Coins) and my attempts at getting a refund have not worked. Error message DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUND & ACCOUNT DOES NOT HAVE ANY PURCHASES. PLEASE help.
My 6 year old daughter spent $780 on Roblox ROBUX and TIK TOK coins. These purchases were made Without my knowledge, consent, or approval. I've gone through the following steps and have had 0 success making any progress towards getting these purchases refunded. Does anyone have insight regarding another way to request refunds that I haven't tried yet? Thank you in advance.
First I Tried this
1) GoTo reportaproblem.com...Authenticate, find the order...click order number...click VIEW RECEIPT...Select Request a Refund, Select Purchase was made by a minor.
--This approach did not work. When I selected "Request a Refund" I received a message stating that, "This Order Does Not Qualify for a Refund".
Then I Tried This
2) Find Order Confirmation Email....Click REPORT A PROBLEM....
This approach did not work. When I clicked "Report a Problem" I was taken to a landing page that stated, "This Account Does Not Have Any Purchases".
I've had the same iTunes/Mobile Me/iCloud/.MAC account since 2001. The account has never changed.
