Hey there, and welcome to Apple Support Communities, tarun.modi09!

From my understanding, when trying to connect your AirPods Pro to a Windows PC, you see a message that they are disconnected, despite showing connected in Bluetooth settings. I’d be happy to take a look!

First, in the Sound panel, if you right-click on the AirPods, are you able to connect it there? If so, this should resolve the behavior for you.

If you’re unable to connect your AirPods, do you happen to have a different device that we could connect the AirPods to for isolation? While I know you mentioned you do not have a Mac, do you have any other device such as an iPhone, iPad, or even a non-Apple smartphone?

If this is only occurring with Windows PCs, and you don’t have any other devices that we can use to isolate this, since some features may be limited depending on the device that you’re connecting the AirPods to.

Kindest regards.
