Paying for 2to plan, getting the 200go plan and being monthly charged for 200go and 2to plans...
Hi,
I've subscribed, unfortunately would I say now, to the Apple's iCloud 2to plan. I am charged monthly 9,99 for this plan and 2,99 for the previous one (200 go) and....I am getting only 200 go of storage. (And yes I've checked, I've been charged).
It's impossible to join Apple's customer service (a machine calls you and when you answer, it just indicates you that it tried to reach you but you didn't answer...absurd).
What's happening ? Can anyone from Apple solve this ?
