Paying for 2to plan, getting the 200go plan and being monthly charged for 200go and 2to plans...

Hi,


I've subscribed, unfortunately would I say now, to the Apple's iCloud 2to plan. I am charged monthly 9,99 for this plan and 2,99 for the previous one (200 go) and....I am getting only 200 go of storage. (And yes I've checked, I've been charged).


It's impossible to join Apple's customer service (a machine calls you and when you answer, it just indicates you that it tried to reach you but you didn't answer...absurd).


What's happening ? Can anyone from Apple solve this ?

Yes I did answer and when I answer, I hear a machine telling me that I am not answering...It’s a bug, an annoying one.


By the way, the main issue is that I am charged for a 2to plan and 200go plan (with the same account) and I have only 200 go available on all my devices (I tried to log out then log in and it didn’t change anything).
