Speaker Volume and Visual Voicemail Issues-iphone 11 Pro Max

Hello everyone,

1- When I put a caller on the speaker, I can barely hear them, no matter how high my volume is for other applications. I already tried the Settings/Music/EQ/Late Night steps, but nothing.

2- My new recorded voice mail won't save. My iPhone switches back to "Default". I have to tap and hold "1" on the keypad to set up my Custom outgoing message.

Please help.
