There are two stores in Columbus, Ohio. Easton Mall was closed in late PM yesterday. However, the store in the Polaris Fashion Mall was the only store that chose to close with no Civil unrest or notice to anyone that was waiting. The store management didn't have the decency or courtesy to notify anyone that they were closed. Another customer called Apple Support from the mall and even Apple California couldn't get the store to pick up the phone.
When you buy Apple products, let's face it we do that because we think we will get superior service. However, their management needs to step and hold some folks accountable. Those of who spend thousands of dollars on these products have other choices for much less money. Maybe the "Managers" need to be without a job to realize this. Oh and by the way if we all had appointments why haven't they contacted each customer to facilitate a solution if they even care?
