My laptop is locked 🔒

Hi everyone

I have my laptop MacBook iOS Catalina and I try to connect family shareing iCloud.

and after I close the laptop, when I reopen the password to log in not working, and then I tried to change the password but not lucky,

and in the end show me the ( ACTIVATION LOCK 🔐 )

and below tell me to type the password or something...

is anyone know what is this.?

i can still get everything form laptop data back.?

is any way to rezolvat this big problem.????
