Bluetooth problem with Plantronics M70

Dear Support team,


I have a strange problem with my iPhone SE 2020 and my Plantronics M70 device.

Bluetooth device M70 is paired with iPhone SE 2020, but it countinuosly losing connection. I can be connected to my phone 10 minutes, sometimes even 30 minutes, but then it will disconnect and connect again. And again and again.

In my ear is repeatingly said "Power On. Talk time XX hours. Phone one connected." And after minute again.

I have tried to reset M70, unpair it from iPhone SE 2020, reset phone and pair it again. But no success.

Previously I had iPhone SE for 3 years and it was all OK.

Problem is just on my new iPhone SE 2020 and phone has problem only with M70 - other BT devices works correctly.

Hello,

unfortunately, the problem is still here. I have tried to unpair device, reset phone, pair it again, I have tried BT connection in nature, where there is no WiFi. Even in Airplane mode the connection between iPhone and Plantronics is lost after about 5 minutes.


When I have conversation or listen to the music via bluetooth headphone M70 it is OK, but when there is no conversation or no music, connection is lost sooner or later.


Sometimes it reconnect by itself, but after 2-3 times, the connection is lost and I have to press button on M70 to reconnect to my phone.


Problem is only between PLT M70 and iPhone SE 2020.

M70 connection with other phones (iPhone 5S, Huawei P20 Lite) is OK, and also my iPhone SE 2020 has no problem with any other bluetooth device (car media, jbl speakers, gimbal, selfiestcik,...).

I have the same problem with my Bose QuietComfort 35 II headset. I had the problem for over a year with my iPhone 6S, recently spent 6 months using a Samsung A90 5G with no problems, and have now moved to an iPhone 12 Pro Max and have the problems again.


The headset connects to two devices - usually my laptop and phone. When I'm on a call on the laptop, after about 10 minutes, the headset constantly disconnects and reconnects - <phone> lost; connected to <phone>. This is really frustrating and disrupts any calls I'm having on the call. I've spoken with Bose customer support and they're confident it's not a problem on their end.
