Can’t create a folder in email on iPhone 10

Trying to create a folder message keeps popping up that it is unable to create mailbox on the server.

iPhone XS Max, iOS 13

Which email account are you referring to? Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images / pictures speak louder than words. (Do not provide any personal credentials, such as email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable. etc)
