Hello,
I made an encrypted backup for my iphone xs. I had to take it to the dealer because i broke the back glass of it. The insurance gave me a new iphone xs. Went back home and tried to set the new iphone with my back up. But the itunes is refusing the password, i think i forgot it.
I need to unlock it so much. There is so much information, family pictures and so on.
Is there a way to unlock the backup?
