guys this just happened to me. i was super weirded out, but try resetting ur pw with this link. i was able to chamge my password and fix the application not found message. https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin
So I fixed the problem. Go on your old device and reset the password and wait until you get an email that shows it was changed. Then just go onto the new device and sign in. Another thing I did was deleted a bunch of apps I recently downloaded. hope this helps.
There is an issue at Apple's end. Do not make changes to your device.
I rebooted my iPhone 11 Pro and it seems to have solved the problem. Perhaps a coincidence. IDK. That's a strange assertion when one attempts to log into iTunes or mail: "Application does not exist."
I had the same issue so I updated to the latest iOS and now it works.
Update your iOS It worked for me
I fixed mine with a software update

Mine said that too! I scrolled down and went to passwords and accounts and then pressed iCloud and it signed me back in somehow.
Yes, Apple has resolved the server issue.
Try updating to the newest iOS update I just checked mine and it says there’s a security update so try that since I’m having the same issue
Hey, Everyone—Check your software update. I just updated my phone, and the notifications went away.
I was able to login now as well. It's an Apple iCloud issue and they are aware of it and I guess fixed/fixing it.

I called Apple support. They were updating their systems. It should be ok now if you try again.
Here is what i did
note: apart from this only thing i did is update my card details..
hope this works !!!
My son reset his password. Then he got the standard email from apple indicating he changed his password. On a whim, he followed the instructions in the email that basically states "if you didn't make this change or if you believe an unauthorized person has access to your account" and followed the instructions there. he was able to get in after resetting his password by those means.

I did do the update. This did NOT occur until after the update. Thank you for your suggestion though.
It had nothing to do with the update. Apple experienced server issues for about an hour last night.
