guys this just happened to me. i was super weirded out, but try resetting ur pw with this link. i was able to chamge my password and fix the application not found message. https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin

Hey y’all it’s been fixed!! I recommend going to iCloud.com from Safari and if it logs you in everything should work !!!
icloud servers are down he said hopefully they are up in the next hour He told me to keep logging in and it should take in the next hours or so
I’ve just updated to the latest software and the issue is solved thank god
Everyone needs to update their devices to the recent update!!
This is not related to a single app. It's all over the place when attempting to enter your Apple ID credentials. In my case, any time attempting to install an app. It's happened to a number of people today. I'm sure the issue will get widely reported and resolved soon.

It has nothing to do with all those steps. Apple resolved the server problem.
I'm getting the same error on my iMac trying to login to my account through the 'App Store', 'Music', or 'TV' apps.
It just started around 4:30pm (PST) for me. Looks like they might have an outage.

Given the number of people it seems to be happening to, I'd guess it's an Apple problem. Contact them to let them know it's happening to you. They'll collect all the pertinent information.
What app are you in when you're trying to sign in? Somewhere in Settings? The more details you can give the better the answers you'll get.
This happens anywhere you have to sign into Apple ( iCloud , App Store etc)
The same thing is happening to me. Can someone help? Both on my phone and computer
Am having the same issue. A new iOS update just dropped (13.5.1) so I'm seeing if installing that will fix the issue.
