This application does not exist

On my computer it is now asking for my apple password for my email app and when I try to log into my icloud account on my computer through preferences and even when i go to icloud.com and try to log in all of these places tell me "This application does not exist."

Login in whenever asked for a password every time I try to login to iCloud or apple the login asks for my personal email password which I am not giving to Apple or the system ! How do you get past this as I can't see any other options !

There were system wide issues earlier but Apple has resolved it. Try signing in again.
