I see this has been asked and one person said to make sure one is connected to Ethernet to get to install completed but what if we don't have access to the ethernet? What other options does one have to get this installed? I need to upgrade OS to install Github. Please help someone?

Is this error from internet recovery?

if not, try booting into internet recovery instead (command+option+r on boot instead of command+r)

You’ll see a spinning globe. connect to the internet and let the download finish. Then, try reinstalling again.

if this fails, try borrowing another Mac and creating a bootable usb instead.
