Hello,
I have been notified that my server is full and I must delete my emails from it to make space. However, i would like to keep all emails on Mac Mail, and also make sure that if I ever get a new Mac I can access them. How do I do it?

Second bullet:
"If you select an On My Mac mailbox, the messages are stored on your Mac and are available only there."
Create new On My Mac folders to move them to.
Create an email folder on your Mac and move the emails to that folder.
Do I create the folder within the Mail app?
Is this what I have to do? will this rule apply to all the emails i have so far or will it only apply to the future ones?
I would like to delete emails from server and keep a copy of them on Mac Mail
