I only have a wireless keyboard for my Mac but now I can’t log in because it is not synced! What do I do? I don’t have a wired keyboard

Does the keyboard have rechargeable batteries and, thus, a USB charging cable? If so you you can probably connect it with the charging cable and run as a wired keyboard.
Most any inexpensive USB keyboard will work to solve your dilemma.
Personally I keep around and use a couple of inexpensive $20 Logitech MK120 Combo's with my Mac's.
